As an Account Delivery Executive - Technology at Wipro Limited, located in Bengaluru, India, your role will involve being a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives across service lines, and driving delivery-led growth within the account. You will work closely with the Global Account Executive in a strategic 2-in-a-box positioning. This position requires a combination of excellent client management, technical expertise, project management skills, and business development acumen to deliver customer delight. Your responsibilities will include ensuring delivery excellence by assuring the right solutions are proposed and delivered profitably, institutionalizing delivery approaches, and collaborating with the Global Account Executive to create new transformation agendas for clients. You will be responsible for client management as a Trusted Advisor from an execution standpoint, leading cross-/upsell services, and driving delivery-led growth by leveraging Wipro's capabilities. Additionally, you will support and enable the Change request process, manage key customer relationships, deep dive into customer feedback, track delivery escalations, and enable resolutions. You will represent One Wipro Delivery view to the customer and Global Account Executive, owning end-to-end accountability for customer transformation/program outcomes in partnership with Service Line Delivery Managers. You will also lead and manage overall delivery for the account, drive account-level forecasts, workforce strategy planning, and execution. To be successful in this role, you should have 15+ years of experience in managing large multi-disciplined deliveries and expertise in at least one or two service line offerings globally, with Go-To-Market experience being desirable.
