ey Responsibilities:

• Participate in intensive training modules across departments such as Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Environmental Engineering.
• Assist in planning, design, and execution of mining operations and projects under senior supervision.
• Support operational activities at mines, workshops, and processing units.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and statutory standards.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Contribute to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and resource optimization initiatives.
• Learn and implement new technologies including automation, digital systems, and equipment handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, safety, HR, and project planning.
• Undertake site visits and rotations across different locations/projects as part of the training.
• Successfully complete all assessments and evaluations during the training period.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E. in relevant discipline (Civil,Electrical etc.) from a recognized university/institution.
• Candidates must have qualified GATE (for recruitment through GATE) or relevant CIL recruitment exam.
