As a Sales Officer based in Bijapur, your primary responsibilities will include achieving Secondary & Primary targets, leading by example, taking ownership of projects, and fostering the growth of Wai Wai Noodles business. You will oversee sales operations, manage channel sales activities on a daily basis, and play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the Bijapur & Bagalkot Market, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with FMCG food companies. Previous experience in FMCG sales within the GT channel is essential, and you should demonstrate the capability to appoint distributors effectively. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are crucial for building successful relationships in the industry.
