GST Litigation Executives

As a GST Litigation Executive at our company, you will be involved in the GST Advisory & Litigation practice area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Appearing before GST authorities. - Drafting replies to show cause notices. - Drafting appeals and memos. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Must be staying in or around Mumbai, Thane, Mira Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar, or Kalyan Dombivli and willing to travel to Andheri. - Prior experience or exposure to GST litigation within a CA or Legal firm. - Deep understanding of GST laws and procedures. - Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to GST disputes.
