Job Description Groupsoft, an ambitious and fast-growing, US headquartered, SAP solutions and services company is looking for a Marketing Executive to support its global growth plans. This is a critical role in promoting the company's offerings, driving lead generation, and positioning Groupsoft as a segment leader. This role focuses on crafting strategies, plans, and campaigns that effectively reflect and communicate the company's unique value proposition, engage with target audience, and support sales within a competitive enterprise software landscape.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning and ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Groupsoft offeringsAlign marketing campaigns with business objectives, including visibility, engagement, lead generation, new offering launch, and brand buildingWork closely with leadership team and sales to ensure marketing initiatives support the overall goals2. Marketing DataEnsure upkeep and integrity of CRM records3.Content Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to create compelling marketing content that differentiates Groupsoft and communicates its thought leadershipMaintain a repository of marketing content that includes presentations, infographics, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, videos, etc. Develop and manage email and social media campaigns to engage with prospects and existing customersUpdate, enhance and manage the company website and any landing pages4. Visibility and LeadsImplement targeted organic and paid digital marketing campaigns to create visibility, engagement and generate leadsMaintain an event calendar and support online or other events that Groupsoft may organize or participate in 5.Market ResearchConduct research on industry trends, target companies, and audience to ensure focused messaging and to identify new opportunities Analyse and report findings to refine marketing strategies6.Performance AnalysisLeverage the marketing automation tool stack to optimize and gain campaign insights Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve performanceTrack metrics such as lead conversion, customer engagement, website traffic, and ROI on marketing activities KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSAbout 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT or enterprise software space, selling into North America and AsiaUnderstanding of SAP solutions, services, and industry trends a definite plusProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to grasp Groupsoft offerings Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesExperience with event marketing, webinars, and partnership marketing is a plusData-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordinglyBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
