Export Sales Documentation : - Preparation of Export invoice in USD, preparation of Tax Invoice in Tally, taking photos of containers with agent seal & E seal, preparation of self-sealing declaration, Packing list, VGM, Annexure A, Non-Hazardous declaration. - All the documents sent to CHA for checklist and shipping Bill - Generation of E Way bill, Publish E seal on portal then dispatch the container - Send MIS report related to Export to H.O. along with documents - GST Tax invoice generation. - Domestic Sales Documentation. - On receipt of ORDF ensure to check quantity, tracking of quantity, rate, PO number, GST, Net weight & Gross weight. - Generation of E Way bill, Publish E seal on portal then dispatch the container. - Eway bill is to be generated for each, to and fro movement of goods, between locations. - Prepare reports of daily Sales, Return sales. - In coming Material Documentation. - Maintain register daily RG 23 A Part-1(Invoice Entry). - For Base oils and packing material. - Taking of Input of GST credit of all the bills of Raw material, Packing material and other material - Maintain daily Sales report and Receipt reports - Maintenance of GST Inward and Outward register separately MIS: - Prepare monthly Finish goods and Raw material stock report of CPCPL & UPCL. - Prepare monthly sales, purchase, and GRN register. - Store Administration & General Activities. - Prepare GRN as per requirement in absence of Store In charge. - Obtain permission from MIDC to install Monsoon roof shed. - Ensure to check seal of container in absence of concern Logistics export sales. - General Management: Adherence to SOP & work practices. - Adherence to SOP and work practices. - Shift Management. - Ensure monthly shift schedule adherence. - Ensure availability of Commercial representative in all shifts.
