JOB PURPOSE Manage the work of GST Compliance, legal Advisory. Make proper processes of work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST filing requirements. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in GST, assess their impact on company. Proactively identify GST risks and develop mitigation strategies for the company Lead and mentor the GST team, ensuring effective workload distribution and day-to-day operational management. Foster a culture of continuous learning by conducting regular training sessions and keeping the team updated on the latest GST developments. Prepare of SOPs, guidelines, and completion of important tasks and providing support in statutory audit/cost audit/internal audits/investigations. Education : CMA or CA (mandatory) Min. Exp. at least 10 years in Indirect Tax, prefer from manufacturing or Big 4 company, prefer someone working in higher turnover. Should have experience in handling team member.
