Handle and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, E-way bills, LUTs, and bank-related documents. Conduct internal audits and maintain documentation as per statutory and buyer requirements. Ensure proper screening of buyers and destinations in line with any embargoes or restricted party lists. Act as a liaison with DGFT, Customs, Export Promotion Councils (like AEPC, TEXPROCIL) for licenses, incentives, or clarifications. Prepare and present monthly compliance reports and flag risks in export transactions. Train internal teams on export processes, documentation standards, and latest policy changes.

Global Markets Documentation The officer will be a part of the Chasing and Matching team for Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Equity Derivatives, Credit ; Interest Rate Derivatives and Commodity trading (power, gas, oil, precious metals). Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Chasing and Matching Team: The Chasing team is responsible for ensuring that all BNP Paribas confirmations are retrieved from clients executed for Interbank and Corporate Clients.
