Ensure traceability and audit readiness of all documented inspections. Production Oversight: Conduct unannounced factory visits to evaluate ongoing production processes for alignment with approved samples, workmanship standards, and production timelines. Identify lapses in quality assurance during bulk manufacturing. Compliance Verification: Monitor supplier adherence to agreed production schedules, manufacturing processes, and internal quality checkpoints. Escalate deviations promptly to internal stakeholders. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sourcing, product development, and QA teams to flag non-compliance, material substitutions, or performance anomalies and drive prompt resolution. Candidate Requirements: Location Suitability: Must reside in or near Ludhiana to facilitate rapid deployment to supplier facilities with minimal lead time. Technical Competence: Strong foundational understanding of textile manufacturingincluding raw material sourcing, yarn/fabric construction, processing techniques, and finishing treatments. Quality Assurance Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in conducting field inspections, implementing quality control protocols, and interpreting textile test results. Equipment Familiarity: Working knowledge of laboratory testing tools such as GSM cutters, washing machines, crock meters, light boxes, tensile testers, etc. Operational Independence: Ability to conduct solo field visits, make quality-related judgment calls on-site, and report findings objectively without external direction.
