Prepare and assess the quality of the Target Companys earnings, operating metrics, debt, and net working capital. Perform analysis on the historical and forecasted income statement and balance sheet, including customer data and KPIs. Attend meetings with Target Company management, including action items. Prepare and roll forward closing balance sheet during the transaction closing process. Professional & Technical Skills: Minimum 2 years experience in professional services orconsulting in major accounting/financialfirm.
