You are a creative all-rounder with a passion for designing and developing exceptional web interfaces. Your expertise lies in transforming concepts from wireframes to polished designs with animated, responsive frontends. Your attention to detail and ability to create stunning interfaces will be an asset to our team. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include creating UI/UX designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD. You will then convert these designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible HTML5/CSS3, incorporating GSAP animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience. Your focus on mobile-first design and accessibility will ensure that our interfaces are user-friendly and inclusive. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with stakeholders to refine layouts, motion, and usability. Your commitment to maintaining clean, reusable CSS architecture and optimizing for performance will contribute to the overall success of our projects. Staying updated on modern web design and animation trends will be crucial to delivering cutting-edge solutions. To excel in this role, you must possess strong UI/UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating final layouts. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop (PSD) is essential. Additionally, you should have expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, CSS Grid, and responsive design techniques), GSAP animations (including ScrollTrigger, timelines, easing, and stagger), and basic JavaScript (ES6+) for UI behavior and animation triggers. A solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and Git version control is also required. Having a portfolio that showcases your design work and live coded projects will be beneficial. While not mandatory, skills in branding and graphic design, familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), knowledge of React/Vue/Angular for integrating animations, SEO-friendly markup, and accessibility standards are considered advantageous. Experience in video editing is a plus.
