Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication. Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office inventory. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Prepare Purchase Order and Maintain Sales Order. Support senior staff in project coordination and documentation. Prepare technical drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software. Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or supervisors. Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with company and industry standards. Maintain drawing logs and document revisions. Coordinate with design and project teams for timely submission of drawings. Visit sites (if required) to collect measurements or understand design requirements.
