Company Profile: Our client is a company operating in the jewelry sector, focused on large-scale distribution, with a production site based in Bangkok, Thailand . We are currently looking for an on-site Production Manager to join their team. Position Overview: Reporting directly to ownership, the main responsibilities include Recruiting and training production staff; organizing and supervising work while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; Maintaining the production logbook for monitoring and control purposes; Defining and implementing standard work procedures; Reviewing and optimizing production processes; Selecting materials, goods, tools, and machinery to be used or introduced; Driving efficiency and productivity within the production team (140–150 people); Monitoring the flow and distribution of materials and goods in the warehouse; Planning and managing the production budget. Requirements: Technical diploma or degree in Industrial/Management Engineering; Proven and significant experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies in th e jewelry industry; Good command of English, both spoken and written; Willingness t o relocate to Thailand . Personal Skills Strong leadership and team coordination skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, open to dialogue, and innovation-oriented, with the ability to align with the company's mission and guide the team toward its goals. Additional Information Employment contract under Thai labor law, directly with the local branch; Company-provided apartment and car in Thailand; Salary and employment package will be based on experience and qualifications.
