About the Role: We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in India. This role combines strategic planning, business partnerships, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge of FMCG/e-commerce and proven experience in scaling brands in the Indian market. Responsibilities: Drive market entry and business growth strategy for Grupo Grisi in India. Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms. Lead negotiations and secure agreements to expand product availability and visibility. Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with global headquarters to align on regional goals and ensure brand consistency. Build and lead a small team as the business scales. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within FMCG, healthcare, or personal care. Strong network and knowledge of Indian retail, distribution, and e-commerce ecosystems. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus. Required Skills: Strong market knowledge of FMCG/e-commerce. Proven experience in scaling brands in the Indian market. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages.
