About the Role: Growvertix Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for driving sales , and must be familiar with Shopify platforms. You’ll get the opportunity to work hands-on with real D2C brands and learn how to build, manage, and scale ad campaigns that convert. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Focus on driving eCommerce sales and conversions through performance marketing strategies. Support in managing Shopify stores – product uploads, basic store optimization, and app integrations. Monitor ad performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement. Learn and apply techniques for A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation. Coordinate with the creative team to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy. Track and manage conversions through Meta Pixel and Shopify analytics. Must-Have Skills: Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram ads). Understanding of Shopify platform (store backend, products, apps). Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing. Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and reports. Strong attention to detail and time management. Good to Have (Not Mandatory): Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing or Meta Ads. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or UTM tracking.
