Location : Chennai Experience - 4 to 6 years Experience in Paid Media About GrowthRails We generate leads for B2B companies. That's it. We're a 3-month-old GTM execution team working with large clients in the B2B Space . We handle Google Ads, outbound sales, and conversion focussed websites - whatever fills the pipeline. Clients view us as an extended arm of their sales and marketing team. How we work: Launch campaigns in 7-14 days, not months. Report on meetings booked and pipeline generated, not vanity metrics. Pivot quickly when things don't work. Focus on execution, not strategy decks Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to generate qualified leads for B2B clients Launch first campaign within 7-14 days of client onboarding Set up and manage tracking infrastructure using GA4 and Google Tag Manager for all campaigns Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance Collaborate with design team to create high-converting landing pages Conduct weekly performance reviews and optimize campaigns based on what's actually working Pivot messaging and targeting quickly when campaigns underperform Troubleshoot technical issues with tracking, pixels, and campaign setup independently Maintain campaign infrastructure including email domains, tracking pixels, and audience lists Analyze data to produce actionable insights and regular client reports Must-Have Skills: Expert in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager | B2B marketing experience mandatory Good to have Skills : Basic knowledge of SEO, content creation process and Website building.
