Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive & Franchise Onboarding Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, customer-centric Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is a blend of outbound sales, client onboarding, and marketing communication. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, effectively presenting our company’s services and franchise/business models, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will play a critical role in converting leads into active clients by delivering value-driven conversations and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain our business and franchise models. Understand client requirements, expectations, and business goals to offer tailored solutions. Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through the process with professionalism and clarity. Address client queries related to services, models, pricing, and onboarding details. Build strong relationships with prospects to drive engagement and conversion. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and support) for smooth onboarding and issue resolution. Maintain and update accurate records of interactions, lead status, and onboarding progress in CRM systems. Contribute to marketing strategies by sharing feedback from clients and prospects. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada preferred). Prior experience in tele-calling, B2B/B2C sales, onboarding, or franchise sales is an advantage. Strong ability to understand and explain business models clearly and confidently. A self-driven, goal-oriented individual with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking software.
