Growth & Operations Associate

As a Growth & Operations Associate at Brandwave.ai, you will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with the founding team and drive product success across growth, onboarding, and operations. Your role will involve running product demos, capturing feedback, and informing the roadmap. You will also support onboarding for MSME brands by managing catalogs, coupons, delivery, analytics, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for building lightweight processes, SOPs, and dashboards for adoption tracking, handling daily operations and administrative tasks, triaging support queries, and conducting market/competitor research to support GTM decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Run product demos, capture feedback, and inform the roadmap - Support onboarding for MSME brands (catalogs, coupons, delivery, analytics, etc.) - Build lightweight processes, SOPs, and dashboards for adoption tracking - Handle daily ops/admin tasks such as scheduling, vendor coordination, CRM, and documentation - Triage support queries and coordinate with engineering/product teams - Conduct market/competitor research to support GTM decisions Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Bias to action and ability to handle ambiguity - Strong ownership mindset and resilience - Knowledge of marketing basics, analytics, spreadsheets, and no-code/admin tools - 2 years of experience in growth, ops, or product; exposure to founders" office is a plus Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) CTC: Up to 2.5 LPA (based on skills & portfolio) If you are passionate about helping small & mid-sized businesses grow and possess the required qualifications and skills, kindly send your resume to pm@brandwaveapp.com.,
