Our coaching programs have impacted thousands across India and globally.

What Youll Do

• Generate leads through outbound messaging (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Research and identify potential prospects (e.g., IT managers, doctors)
• Maintain lead tracking via CRM or Google Sheets
• Craft compelling first-touch messages that build interest and trust
• Follow up on cold leads and re-engage warm prospects
• Dial leads and coordinate discovery calls where needed
• Support closers with follow-ups and status updates
• Work closely with the founder and growth team to fine-tune scripts and outreach strategy
• Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements

What Were Looking For

• Excellent written English and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, cold outreach tools, and Google Sheets
• Self-driven, punctual, and willing to learn rapidly
• Interest in marketing, health, or coaching is a bonus
• No prior work experience required training will be provided
