Analyze data (ratings, heat maps, performance reports) to improve conversions and order volume 3. Run subscription and D2C growth campaigns via WhatsApp, social media, and offline channels 4. Identify new distribution opportunities (gyms, cafes, wellness stores, modern trade) 5. Research competitors, pricing, formats, and positioning 6.
