Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and managing product roadmaps to support the growth of the loyalty program and analyzing customer trends to enhance the program. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in managing P&L and driving business growth, possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in creating and managing partnerships, as well as the ability to develop and execute product roadmaps, are also essential. Basic project management skills would be a plus. Preferred skills for this position include experience in loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies, as well as familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making.,
