The role is Full-time working 6 days per week, work from Office. Job Title: Telesales Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and company policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to prospects. Patience and the ability to handle rejection. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Candidates having experience in travel/hospitality industry preferred.
