Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, hands-on Growth Hacker to own and drive our customer acquisition and lead generation strategies with minimal spends. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative flair, leveraging unconventional channels, innovative campaign ideas, and full-funnel execution to deliver measurable growth. This is a role for a builder - someone eager to experiment, learn fast, and scale successes. This is a leadership role/self starter role, this will be a small swat team, perhaps 3-4 folks spanning, strategy, design/video, systems/ads, technology.

Your mission, should you choose to accept

• Develop and execute low-cost, high-impact ideas to drive lead generation and user acquisition.
• Identify and test creative growth channels from social media and communities to partnerships and content experiments.
• Conceptualize campaign slogans, taglines, and storytelling concepts that position the brand engagingly.
• Set up and manage ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize for performance.
• Monitor performance analytics, perform A/B testing, and iterate campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate across marketing, design, and tech teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Take ownership of campaigns end-to-end from ideation to results.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and emerging channels to fuel continual innovation.

What you need to bring to the table

(skills, character traits)

• Looking for minimum of 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, organic + paid acquisition strategies, and creative campaign design.
• Hands-on experience with ad managers, A/B testing tools, CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and analytics platforms (GA4, Meta Insights).
• Creative copywriting and brand storytelling skills.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in experimentation and metric-driven learning.
• High ownership and bias for action

Good to have:

• Build conversion-optimized landing pages and microsites using no-code tools.
• Integrate forms, CRMs, and automation to ensure a seamless lead management pipeline.
• Technical comfort using landing page builders (Webflow, Unbounce, or similar) and integration tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).

What you can expect from us

• build3 will provide a remuneration of INR 40k-1Lakh per month (depending upon the kind of experience and skills set, broadly you can read this as 40k for 3 and 1lakh for 10 years of experience).
• We will support you in finding a landing pad in Goa for your time here. If you're comfortable staying in a shared dorm, we have some facilities and we will be happy to provide that at no additional cost to you.
