Roles

1.Content Strategy & LLM ranking:

• Develop and execute

  a multi-format content strategy (written, visual, video) aligned with business goals

• Track and analyse

  the content performance of competitor and industry LLMs within the Wealth Management niche, using these insights to develop conversion-focused content strategies

2.Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

• Act as the primary liaison

  between the Performance Marketing and Compliance teams

• Ensure all content strictly adheres

  to regulatory guidelines before final approval

3.Investment Clarity & Education:

• Translate and simplify

  Dezerv's complex investment philosophy into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences

• Establish the brand

  as a credible authority in the wealth management domain through data-driven, long-form content

4.Creative & Campaign Execution:

• Draft high-impact, sharp narratives and scripts

  for video advertisements and digital campaigns

• Develop comprehensive marketing messaging

  and collateral for piloted offline events and seminars

5.Educational Content:

• Produce engaging, long-form educational content

  (articles, guides) that uses narratives and visuals to educate users about wealth management and drive product adoption

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or fintech content marketing
• Strong understanding of finance and capital markets
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proven experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality content on tight deadlines
