Seekho is seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Generalist with 2 to 4 years of experience to lead strategic initiatives in PR, branding, corporate communications, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys working across functions, takes ownership of outcomes, and can deliver high-impact projects in a fast-moving environment. As a Growth Generalist at Seekho, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape the brand presence, drive top-of-funnel growth, and execute campaigns that resonate with millions of users. Key responsibilities include leading and executing projects in PR, brand communications, and social media, collaborating with cross-functional teams to activate growth levers, identifying quick wins and long-term brand initiatives, monitoring project performance using key metrics, and applying structured problem-solving to complex challenges with speed and precision. The successful candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in growth, marketing, consulting, founders office, or similar roles, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to execute projects independently and drive measurable outcomes, and comfort working in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments. Experience in PR, content marketing, social media, or brand-led campaigns, as well as exposure to early-stage startups or cross-functional growth teams, are considered advantageous.
