The Growth & Innovation Reporting Specialist/Analyst role is part of the R&DA Leadership Support Team, reporting to Sandeep Venkatesh (Managed Services CRL). This position involves providing reporting support, additional analysis, and responses to ad hoc queries within the scope of the Growth & Innovation group, which includes Managed Services, Alliances, Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Smart Delivery Model (SDM). Initially, the focus will be largely on Managed Services. The responsibilities of this role include delivering regular standard reporting for the Growth & Innovation team, supporting the team with ad hoc data requests, educating the team on standard reports and ad hoc querying tools, capturing enhancement and new report requests, supporting special projects, reviewing data quality, and seeking to automate processes where possible. The ideal candidate should have experience with EY reporting applications, knowledge of EY structures, strong data analysis skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in working with big data, and delivering customer-tailored insights. Other essential attributes include strong technical skills in tools like PowerBI, SQL, and PowerPoint, a professional attitude, good communication skills, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work well in a multi-location team environment. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a finance reporting and analysis role, good knowledge of EY financial and market metrics, and experience using EY Reporting Applications. Skills in PowerBI, SQL, PowerPoint are required, along with the willingness and ability to be trained in the usage of the Markets Ad Hoc Cube and educate customers on its usage.
