Growth Analytics Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving data-based problem-solving within the Growth team. Your main tasks will include working closely with business teams to understand growth challenges, translating them into analytical problems, and delivering insights to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will require deep hands-on analysis across multiple data sets to support data-driven decision-making for the app and loan products. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Growth and Product teams to understand key challenges and priorities, translating business goals into analytical problems with measurable outcomes. - Lead analytical projects and dashboards for app installs, user funnel, and marketing performance. Build models to identify users likely to install, churn, or uninstall the app. - Run exploratory analysis to uncover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity. - Build and refine propensity models to predict high-conversion and high-value cohorts. Recommend targeting, timing, and communication strategies to improve performance. - Analyze campaign and channel data to reduce acquisition cost and improve ROI. Identify the right channel, timing, and frequency for customer engagement. Support experiments and A/B tests to validate strategies. Qualification Required: - B.Tech from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute with 4-5 years of experience. - MBA is a plus. Additional Company Details: The company is seeking candidates with 4-5 years of relevant proven experience from numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments, potentially in an online consumer business or a Bank/NBFC. Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to process large volumes of transaction-level data and efficiently derive actionable results. Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, is required.,
