It's about more: more drive, more initiative, and a bolder way of working. Role Summary: This role will own all diagnostics across the full customer funnel from Install to Trade. This role reports to the head of CSMI and will lead behavioral segmentation, LTV mapping, churn prediction, and friction metrics in partnership with DS, Product, Revenue and business teams Key Responsibilities: Own all funnel and cohort analysis across all products Design and maintain funnel diagnostics dashboards (Install >KYC > Fund > Trade) Partner with DS for predictive signals; support Revenue team with cohort-level strategy Track and analyze CAC, CR%, LTV, and churn metrics across different segments and products. Build dashboards and lead diagnosis for journey drop-offs and conversion bottlenecks. Collaborate with CSMI team and multiple clients in Growth and Revenue teams to recommend intervention opportunities Deliver monthly journey health insights Who are You: 7-9 years in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Lifecycle Strategy Youve owned funnel conversion lifts, not just reported on them. You understand intent decay and data storytelling Strong in GA4, SQL, Looker, or other analytics tools Experience running customer segmentation and predictive analytics Ability to work autonomously and push insight into execution Impact: Youll be the brain behind our funnel intelligence decoding user behavior, diagnosing drop-offs, and pinpointing what moves the needle.
