Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, located in Lower Parrel, South Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies; creating engaging content; interacting with followers; monitoring social media metrics; and collaborating with marketing, PR, and other teams to align strategies. They will need to stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends to ensure brand consistency and enhance audience engagement. This role needs someone who not only manages but actively gets things done—posts on time, liaises with clients, understands briefs, and passes them onto the team. Qualifications 3-4 years Experience in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies Must have worked in a proper digital marketing agency before, and managed social media projects as the lead. Bonus if they’ve handled social media accounts in the finance sector. Comfortable with Canva and other design software.
