Role Overview We are looking for a Freelance Video Editor (Reels & Ads Specialist) who can transform raw footage into engaging short-form video content designed for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The focus will be on creating basic but highly impactful edits that capture attention, communicate the message clearly, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into short-form content (15–60 second reels, stories, and ad creatives). Add subtitles, captions, transitions, and branding elements (logos, intros/outros, etc.). Adapt video content into various aspect ratios for different platforms. Ensure videos are optimized for high engagement and aligned with GrowCast branding. Deliver edits quickly and consistently to meet project timelines. Requirements Proven experience in editing short-form video content (portfolio required). Proficiency in basic editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of social media video formats, trends, and best practices. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and sense of pacing. Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines reliably. Nice-to-Have Experience editing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Familiarity with motion graphics or templates to enhance reels.
