Key Responsibilities Client is a Legal Processing company. The process includes accurate data capture and eye for detail. Client instructions have to be followed diligently. Should have experience of working on client applications and MS-Excel. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work on Excel and MS-office skills Will need to work in night/US shifts independently with minimum supervision Excellent listening skills is a must Excellent Eye for detail Disciplined and Diligent Should be accountable individually while still being a part of the team Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have experience of working for a US BPO. Should possess excellent communication skills in English. Should be adaptable and willing to contribute across different initiatives as may be required.
