We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our team at GROW N BLOOM Preschool in Byrathi location. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes self-directed learning and fosters the holistic development of children aged [age range, e.g., 2-6 years]. Key Responsibilities ● Curriculum Implementation: Deliver a Montessori-based curriculum that aligns with the individual needs and interests of each child. ● Child-Centered Learning: Facilitate hands-on, experiential learning opportunities, encouraging children to explore, discover, and learn at their own pace. ● Assessment and Observation: Regularly observe and assess each child's progress, supporting their growth and development. ● Environment Preparation: Maintain a prepared environment that is organized, inviting, and conducive to independent learning. ● Collaboration: Update Parents regarding their child's progress, participate in parent-teacher conferences and work collaboratively to create a cohesive and supportive learning community. ● Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, cooperation, and a love for learning.
