We address the unique challenges therapists encounter with technology and visibility, providing done-for-you solutions that eliminate the guesswork of online growth. Our services include custom websites, SEO, Google Ads, scheduling, and intake tools, backed by hands-on support. Role Description As a Web Developer Intern at Grow My Therapy, you'll play a hands-on role in crafting production-ready websites and collaborating directly with the founder. Your day-to-day will look like this: 1. Develop Real Projects Build and deploy Next.js/Tailwind CSS websites and features for live clients, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and responsive design. 2. Leverage AI Tools Integrate AI-powered solutions into workflows generating website copy and images , and creating UI mockups to accelerate our design process. 3. Collaborate End-to-End Work asynchronously alongside the founder; join daily standups to sync priorities and unblock roadblocks. 4. Write Thoughtful Copy Craft clear, engaging website copy, headings, and microcopy that speaks to our clients' audiences and aligns with UX best practices. 5. Next.js API Routes, SSR & Version Control Implement Next.js API routes and server-side rendering; manage your code in Git repositories following branching strategies and participating in code reviews. 6. Optimize Performance & Accessibility Improve SEO , site speed, and accessibility compliance; monitor metrics and implement enhancements. 7. Own Your Growth Proactively seek feedback, propose improvements, and dedicate time each week to sharpen your skills.
