The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, introducing our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Assist in resolving customer queries and issues in a timely manner. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by management. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Submit weekly progress reports to the team lead. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections. Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
