Primary Responsibilities Outbound Calling : Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or offers. Inbound Handling : Receive calls from customers, address inquiries, and provide support or solutions. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-ups. Customer Follow-up : Maintain regular contact with interested customers to convert leads into sales. Database Management : Update and manage customer information in spreadsheets accurately. Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and understand market needs. Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings or demos for sales teams with interested clients. Complaint Resolution : Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate issues when necessary.
