We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting buyers in finding properties that match their preferences, negotiating deals, and facilitating a smooth sales process. This role involves cold calling potential clients, maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers, and collaborating with legal and financial professionals to ensure successful property transactions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential buyers through cold calling and follow-up communication. Understand buyer requirements and present suitable properties based on price, size, and location. Arrange and conduct property visits, providing detailed information about listings. Keep clients informed about offer statuses, negotiation progress, and contract updates. Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective buyers. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic selling. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cold calling and convert leads into sales. Knowledge of the real estate market, pricing trends, and legal requirements. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Freshers are welcome to apply—we provide training and support for the right candidates! We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our real estate team! As a BDE, you’ll play a key role in generating new leads through field visits, identifying potential clients, and following up via calls to convert them into sales. If you enjoy interacting with people, have a strong sales mindset, and want to grow in the real estate sector. we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities ✅ Visit residential and commercial areas to generate qualified leads. ✅ Engage with prospects through surveys, site visits, and local market interactions. ✅ Distribute marketing materials and participate in local events to boost outreach. ✅ Collect and maintain detailed lead data, and follow up to understand client needs. ✅ Schedule and conduct site visits, nurture client relationships, and drive conversions. ✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. ✅ Act as a brand ambassador and clearly explain project details, pricing, and amenities. ✅ Regularly update CRM and share activity reports with the team. What we’re looking for: Education: Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Experience: 6 months – 1 year in sales, business development, or field marketing (real estate preferred). Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, self-motivated, target-driven. Other: Willingness to travel extensively, own two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
