We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive our client acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, networking, social media, etc.) Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. Present, promote, and sell company services to prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution of projects. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong self-motivation and target-driven attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms is a plus.
