Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Manager located in Manesar, Gurgaon. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up. This role involves collaboration with procurement, sales, and project management teams to ensure all tenders meet client requirements and are competitively priced. The Tendering Manager will also maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders, monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications \n Experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation Proficiency in Procurement and Sales Skills in Project Management Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the electrical solutions industry is a plus
