Group Product Manager, Home Cross-Surface and Growth

You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience along with 10 years of experience in product management. It is preferred if you have experience in developing product experiences for connected home devices and ecosystems, WearOS, Android TV, or other embedded platforms. Experience in building consumer apps and driving consumer businesses is also desired. Additionally, a background in driving subscription-based products and growth strategies, working in a large, complex, global organization with international teams, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority would be beneficial. As a Product Manager at Google, you will play a crucial role in guiding products from conception to launch by bridging the technical and business aspects. You should be able to analyze complex problems and drive product development effectively. Your work will involve collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to design and develop technologies that enhance access to information for millions of users. The Google Home team, which focuses on hardware, software, and services for the home, aims to create a helpful home environment that cares for its inhabitants and the world around it. In this role, your responsibilities will include developing, communicating, and executing strategies and roadmaps for Google Home Cross-Surface and Growth. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, promote a culture of innovation and collaboration, and work closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to create cohesive user experiences across different surfaces, driving user engagement, subscription growth, and enhancing retention within the Google Home ecosystem. Analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the product will also be a key aspect of your role.,
