As a Special Educator at Speechgears in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in assessing and identifying the learning needs of children with special educational needs (SEN). Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's requirements. You will provide one-on-one and group interventions to enhance academic, behavioral, and social skills, working closely with therapists, caregivers, and teachers to create a holistic approach to education. Your role will involve developing engaging and interactive learning materials and activities to support therapy goals. Additionally, you will train parents and caregivers to facilitate children's learning and development at home. Monitoring progress, adjusting plans as needed, and organizing workshops and seminars to educate families and promote inclusive education practices will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of work experience in the relevant field and hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field. Certification in special education or relevant training is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, and experience working with children with autism or other special needs is advantageous.
