Group Head-Account Management & Marketing Strategy

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4.5 years of experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including Google Ads, media campaigns, media strategy, pitching and presentation, and client servicing. Responsibilities include formulating brand strategies, planning and managing social integration, online strategies, and KPI-driven campaign roadmaps. The candidate will be responsible for new business development and acquisitions, generating leads through various channels, and implementing innovations with campaigns and new technologies. The candidate should have experience in managing media spends for digital media and engagement, as well as a good understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and digital media planning. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in managing websites, including conceptualization, design, and development. Other responsibilities include working with multiple clients simultaneously, day-to-day planning and managing multiple jobs to ensure quality and timely delivery, team building, performance management, problem identification, and resolution. The candidate should have experience in team handling and analyzing the success of digital campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and past experience in new business development and new pitch development are essential for this role.
