Group Creative Partner- Design

You will be working with DDB Mudra Group | 22 Feet Tribal, a company that specializes in providing brand strategy and creative solutions for the digital marketing space. Your role will be based in Mumbai with 6-8 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Coordinate with clients to grasp design requirements, objectives, and vision while ensuring the final output aligns with their expectations and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive design strategies and creative solutions. - Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that all designs reflect current industry standards and meet client needs. - Develop static and motion design solutions, including digital campaigns, social media assets, branding, websites, and print collateral. - Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials, product demos, and other client deliverables. - Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and AI tools for efficient and high-quality design creation. - Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards. - Provide leadership and constructive feedback to team members to uphold creative excellence and consistency across all projects. - Collaborate directly with clients to gather feedback, make revisions, and refine designs to align with their business objectives. - Optimize designs for various platforms including web, mobile, and social media. Qualifications Required: - Proven 6-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing static and motion design work. - Experience in client coordination, feedback gathering, and managing client expectations. - Previous experience in leading and managing a design team to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and AI tools. - Understanding of motion design principles and the ability to create compelling animations and videos. - Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory, and branding. - Ability to balance creativity with functionality, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects. - Preferred degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.,
