Job Summary:

Acidus Management Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Coordinator – Medical Billing to lead a team of billing professionals in our Tidel Park, Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of US healthcare billing processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively to achieve performance and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of medical billing executives handling US healthcare clients
• Oversee daily billing operations to ensure timely and accurate claim submissions
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
• Resolve escalated issues and maintain client satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and support team members for performance improvement
• Collaborate with AR, QA, and denial management teams
• Generate and analyze reports to track team performance
• Conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US medical billing
• Prior experience in team handling or coordination is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in medical billing software/tools
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines, claim submissions, and denial handling
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure
• Willing to work full-time Day Shift from Tidel Park, Coimbatore
