You will be joining Argano, the world's largest global digital consultancy, as an innovative Azure AI Architect within the advanced AI engineering team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of applied AI, working on extending Microsoft Copilots, building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and developing intelligent AI agents for real-world business applications. Utilizing Azure AI Studio, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Search, and other services across the Microsoft AI stack, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge Azure AI solutions. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the AI subject matter expert in client engagements, workshops, and solution envisioning sessions; defining architectural patterns for integrating various AI technologies; designing and developing advanced AI pipelines; creating AI agents for dynamic workflows; and overseeing the technical leadership and delivery of AI implementations. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to align AI solutions with business goals, document technical designs, and stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends and tools to enhance AI initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Search/AI Search, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and strong Python and/or C# skills are required. Experience with Generative AI models, RAG-based applications, and deploying GenAI models in production is highly desirable. In addition to technical skills, you should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Azure certifications, familiarity with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and plugin development, as well as knowledge of Responsible AI principles, prompt safety, and guardrail implementation are also beneficial for this role.
