Job Description

As an Airport Ground Staff / Customer Service Associate at Leading Airlines located at IGI Nagpur Airport, your role will involve various responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the airport - Address passengers" queries and provide assistance - Handle baggage check-ins and reservations - Assist with airline gates and seats - Ensure proper luggage tags and bar codes - Help passengers with special needs such as disabled individuals and those traveling with young children Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum qualification of 10+2 or a Graduate degree - Excellent communication skills - Age between 18 to 25 years preferred - Adaptability to changing work hours, days, locations, and travel requirements If you are a fresher, the company will provide you with On-the-Job Training (OJT) either online or offline. Upon completion of the OJT, you can expect a starting salary ranging from 25,000 Rs to 45,000 Rs per month, along with additional benefits like cab facilities and perks.,
