You will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating assigned aircraft handling activities to ensure a safe and on-time turnaround process. It is essential to operate the aircraft within their operational limits with regards to weight and balance. Your responsibilities will include timely documentation, information transmission, information recording (OCC), and control in accordance with the airlines, airport, departmental SOP, and QHSE norms & standards. In this role, you will monitor flight movement and information such as arrival/departure, gate changes, and flight delays. You will be responsible for ensuring timely communication with all concerned departments and personnel to ensure operations are in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP). Additionally, you will ensure the completion, collection, and delivery of flight documents and procedures to ensure safe operations and procedural compliance. Using radio contacts, you will maintain operational ramp control of all flights, ensuring the availability and proper positioning of required equipment for smooth operations. Collaboration with other departments including ramp operations, cargo team, operational control center, and outside agencies will be essential to ensure effective communication for completing load control tasks safely, accurately, punctually, and submitting flight records to airlines. Your primary focus will be on safety, security, wellbeing, and compliance. You will have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others while at work, in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Degree/Diploma in a related field, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience.
