Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and leading day to day operations of solar power plant. This will Include operation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of MMS, PV Modules, Strings, SCB, SMB, PV Invertor, RMU, UPS & Batteries, C&R Panels, RTCC Panels, SCADA System and associated equipment. Conducted regular maintenance activities, monitored plant performance, and identified areas for improvement to optimize plant performance. Monitoring the performance of solar fields, analyzing data and identifying opportunities to Optimize plant performance is an important aspects of the role. Preparing daily generation reports and analyzed data to identify and areas for improvement. By analyzing the data, you were able to optimize plant performance, reduce downtime and increase power generation, resulting in improved efficiency and cost savings. Attending breakdown in both AC and DC side and also monitoring entire plants. Execute O&M activities as per safety and quality guidelines of Preventive, Predictive, Proactive and Productive Maintenances. Transformer major testing methods like Insulation resistance, Winding resistance, Magnetizing current test, Magnetic balance test, Voltage Ratio test, Transformer Turns Ratio test, Vector group test, Short Circuit test. Conduct regular inspections and testing of low-tension (LT) and high-tension (HT) panels and switchgear to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintaining the records and reports of all operation & maintenance activities on the site, preparation of monthly reports and AMR. Knowledge on all the statutory requirements including Fire NOC, Panchayat Tax, Property Tax and CEIG. Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a well-experienced in electrical engineering with substation and ground mounted solar system. Work experience in O&M Planning and execution.

Then you'll get to work designing and developing a solar and battery system, depending on the project you're currently working on. This involves defining specifications and selecting the right components. Things that should be included in the design are: Cable calculations Making (3D) laying plans Lifting plans Yield calculations Ballast calculations Simulations for energy storage Design of EMS systems (hardware) During the day, you will also work on (complex) electrical engineering issues and clarify them for your colleagues. You ensure that everything is done according to the applicable standards, quality requirements and safety requirements. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the project is delivered on time and that quality is high. At the end of the day, you will evaluate the progress of the project with the team and plan for the next day. Here you are responsible for: Designing, developing and implementing solar and battery systems Determining required specifications and selecting appropriate components for these systems Supervising the implementation of these systems Collaborate with external parties, such as subcontractors and suppliers Function as a knowledge base for electrical engineering issues within the organization Advise in consultation with the manager on all aspects of solar installation projects, battery systems and new products and services Preparing project estimation and design Show ownership of the complete engineering process of his/hers assigned projects You are required to be a professional in electrical standards.
