The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced Electrical Design Engineering professional. You should possess good project management skills to effectively manage clients and lead a team. A working knowledge of AUTOCAD, ETAP & DIALUX is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of draftsman / junior engineers, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to ensure project delivery on time and with high quality. Regular communication with clients, both domestic and international, is a key aspect of this role. Collaboration with other Engineering teams for MEP Coordination and conducting detailed engineering studies and analysis of technical drawings and specifications will be part of your daily tasks. You must have a clear understanding of applicable codes related to Electrical Engineering and perform comprehensive quality checks on project outputs, including reports and drawings. In terms of technical skills, you should have decent knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in the Building/Construction sector. Expertise in discrimination studies, generating shop drawings, As-Built single line diagrams, feeder schedules, power and lighting layouts, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, load flow, and short circuit calculations is required. Additionally, you should be proficient in preparing Load schedules, Single line Diagrams, Cable schedules, Interconnection Diagrams, Termination Schedules, Earthing & lightning protection layouts, Cable routing Layouts, Electrical circuiting, and earthing calculations. Other required skills for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and strong problem-solving abilities.
