We are a growing corporate gifting agency and wholesale trophy store, specializing in bulk orders and corporate clients while also serving walk-in customers. We are looking for a Store Manager / Sales Executive who can efficiently manage store operations while driving sales growth. --- Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations including sales, customer service, and stock management. Handle customer enquiries, bulk orders, and corporate client coordination. Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales & order records. Coordinate with suppliers, engravers, and delivery staff to ensure timely order fulfillment. Manage inventory levels, product displays, and order packing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. --- Requirements Experience in retail sales, store management, or corporate sales (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
