Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Safety and security: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Maintain a secure warehouse environment, including access control and surveillance. Quality control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and damage-free shipments. Communication and reporting Collaborate with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide regular reports and updates to management. Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with frequent walking, standing, and lifting. Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels. May require overtime or weekend work. 5.Key Skill Leadership and motivation: Creating a positive and productive work environment, inspiring and motivating employees to achieve their best.
